If watching the battle doesn't take an whole Encounter, then Ventus would be content to sit around and watch it! I'm just worried about time management for my character, so if it doesn't cost him anything to watch, then why not? I'm also down with holding the meeting simultaneously, as it get stuff done quicker for everyone!
Ven wouldn't teleport right away, he's not THAT in a rush to get stuff done, so don't worry Phantom!
