Shiva doesn't mind Heart's concerns, as it's naturally to be careful about information about that Secret Library. But given how she had the feeling that she could trust Mr. Finder in case they'll hire him - after all, the Fortune Hunter was acqauinted with him, so there's that! - shich showed by telling him about the Library/asking him to find it, she indeed had the feeling that..... "....yes, Heart, I do feel he's trustworthy. Oh, and me too would like to..swap around in my party a bit before we can battle. Hehe..." At hearing 'dragons', Cottonee perked up and made an expession and gesture as if she's not afraid of the dragon she'll send 'em flying with her fairy winds in an instant, hoping for Master's praise afterwards for a job well done.
Naturally that Shiva does notice that excitement of Nathan upon the opening that Bill was there and can be met, she silently chuckled over that behind the pages. If she'd be very honest to herself, she was probably roughly the same excited to meet him as he was not only known as a genius at the PC, but also as a confirmed Eevee-Enthusiast. Awww! It just didn't show openly on Shiva as she keeps that eager within herself, silently. In her homeregion they had Amanita though, who Shiva knows has given free a Eevee she got from most likely Bill himself as well to selected people. Huh... That also reminded her that her father stated quite a while ago that she was working on something concerning the Pokemon Strage System, but he also stated that it won't effect the Professional Breeders? Now Shiva wondered how much progress Amanita was doing on this..."Uhm... *cough*, yes, Nathan, THAT Bill. Please pay some attention though, don't get carried away." She said that with a faintly smile in a normal soft tone, meaning that she's not put on edge or something by that however.
