Also, ehm, Update:

I know the Scimitars are looking for the Secret Library as well and it itches me to do some questing - I changed my mind, and decided that Shiva's next in-game Day will still consist of Training Sessions for Encounters, simply to not delay Ventus more than already done. He needs to gather money to pay his part for the hirering of Mr. Finder, Nathan must do so as well, so I have an interest that they can do so as fast as possible - I still want to explore that place where they sell Trading Cards, meet the Medium for help on the Cleanse Tag, and battle against a wild Pokemon at the graveyard and at the ancient grove of trees, so I'll do all that on the day after the Training-Day. Means, that Day will take longer for me, but that's the way it is.

So now, I'd like to ask the others as well to not overly stretche their next in-game Day either, so that we can actually progress.
