Hey people, I have a question: Is there a item in the pokerole capable of change a pokemon ability to another he would have not counting HA?

Technically, yes, but the only one that has this Item is Ventus, and its is the Necklace of Serenty, which as the name implies confers the ability Serene Grace on its wield at the expense of its regular ability being suppressed. Otherwise, no, unless Iron wants to implement Ability Capscles or other magical artifacts that do similar in the future.

XP is the way to do this.
