Looking at the picture of Carvanha displayed there, she shudders a bit. She cuddles Forthright like a stuffed animal and looks at you with giant eyes.

"Not what you expected?  Well, even scary pokemon can be really lovable.  Remember how friendly Orthros was?  And Ventus's Deino?  Carvanha should be much the same.  Newborns have a tendency to know who took the most care of their eggs.  And it makes them happy.  You want to hold on to the egg for a little bit?  Like I said, I'd very much like it if we did this together.  It's been...fun having you around.  And you're doing great with making friends with my pokemon, and taking great care of Forthright.  Shouldn't be too many problems with Carvanha if you keep up the good work, I think."
