Everything Heart owns is all present and accounted for.

Where are you searching for Hypno?

(But Heart have his items such as potions, pokemons and everything or did Hypno rob everything?)

Heart decided to see what kind of present is that. And he decided to search around the Cathedral. No ONE mess with his mind and escape with that.

"Present and accounted for" is a saying, meaning Heart finds all his potions and Pokemon right where he left them. Hypno didn't take anything.

"Yosh! I gonna punch so hard in that Hypno he will wish he didnt find me! No one, and I say no one, use my goodwill and escape with that! Viktor! Percival! Lets go find that asshole!" Then Heart release both of his pokemons. With no time to waste he mount in the back of Percival the Lairon and order Viktor to hide in the shadows to make some good sneak attack when they find that Hypno. If someone would see Heart now they could see his eyes almost shooting fire. Even Lairon its a bit scared. He is really, REALLY piss of. He not gonna have mercy when finding that Hypno. May Hypno pray for Arceus or any other Legendary because he gonna find a enraged Heart. 

Then they follow the footprints in the direction of Celebi Park.

You find Hypno in a tangle of underbrush. He's intently watching a metronome tick back and forth - there's chalk dust on it. 

Obviously a charging Lairon is something he will notice!
