By the time Nathan approaches her after she spotted him lingering around for probably wanting to visit the Museum + waved to him as a greeting, Shiva has likely already finished her businesses with her Pokemon and emptied another latte. Gothitelle and her white Vulpix are still out, the near surrounding is probably a bit colder due to training her fox's Ability, but Spritzee might - depending what the book tells needs to be done for 'learning' a new scent - either be visible as well or semi-hidden linger on her shoulder, only the fae's sweet and romantic scent will hint on her.

"Oh... Well, Nathan, hi! ..... S-sure I'll tag along on seeing the inside of the Museum! Let's see...." She draws a leaflet telling about the different wings of the Museum, as they'll probably are displayed here in the Cafe, "Art interests me -" Reminds her on visits of Burgh's exhibitions with her mother, curious to compare his style of painting with whoever's are exhibited in Cress City's Museum!~ - " as well as...let's see, the wings about Telperion University and Chreshire's plantlife and its science. So, please excuse me if we have to part ways at some point, alright?"

(Quick Flashback because I forgot to react to this/wasn't paying enough attention originally.  Whoops.)

Nathan has to stop and blink in confusion (he's confused for more than one reason, btw) and wonder a few times after he takes a closer look at the pokemon Shiva's holding.

Is that...Vulpix...white?

...she must have traded Druddigon.  That's the only way she could have possibly obtained such a ludicrously rare pokemon in Creshire...and that...cold aura in the air...does it...have Snow Warning?

...someone must have REALLY wanted that Druddigon.

Nathan shrugs at Shiva's response to his invitation to join in on perusing the museum exhibits.  It doesn't really matter too much to him if she sticks close or not.  What's more interesting to him right this very moment is that Alolan pokemon...he seems a bit hesitant to say what's on his mind at first...but then he just goes ahead and voices it anyways despite how...uncertain he is about if he should be asking.

"...if you don't mind, Shiva...could I also ask one more thing?  Would it be possible for me to...see what that Vulpix is capable of in battle sometime?  It's not often we see...Alolan pokemon in Creshire...and I think Forthright might enjoy a battle in Hail if that Vulpix can summon it...maybe after Forthright learns how to change the weather herself?  Some practice with changing between her different forms mid-battle would probably be good for her..." (Could be possible to set up a battle where all 4 base weathers are set up at some point, in fact!  Just need that Sandstorm TM, then we have moves/abilities for all 4 weathers at the group's current disposal [well, mostly Shiva's disposal for now, but...]!  Yes, this is a spur of the moment idea.)
