Shiva would be sad if Ventus would have dropped Reshiram Plush somewhat and somehow, he better takes good care of it! Now, as he said that something was obscurring itself behind her, Shiva actually looks down and behind her in curosity, chuckling behind the pages as she spotted her white fox being shy. She knees down and gently offers her hand to Vulpix to show that she's there. "Haha, that's the Pokemon I got traded by an Ace Trainer for that Druddigon. It's not endemic to Chreshire. Isn't she a cute white thing?"

Vulpix shyly-curious looks up to that young man in a green sweater, wondering who that is.

At first Ventus blinked a few times in disbelief at gazing upon the fluffy white form of an Alolan Vulpix with his dearest of friend claiming to be her owner, before he roused himself from his shock with a small shake of his head. He then turned his attention to Shiva, curiosity and a hint of fascination now mixed in his surprised expression as he responded to her in an tone of slight amazement.

"If my eyes do not deceive me, that's an Alolan Vulpix you possess! I thought it was unheard of to see the regional variety outside the frosty peaks of its home region, but it appears I've been misinformed. And you acquired it for that brute savage of a Druggedion you defeated? Given the rarity of the snowy sub-species outside its native region, that's a simply superb deal you've made! Perhaps if it wouldn't trouble you, could I possibly record some information about it when you can spare her? I've never had the chance to study an Alolan Pokémon myself in hardly any capacity besides reading the reports and research papers of others, and I'd like the opportunity to observe and then compare their behavior to their Kanteon counterparts. Regardless, my deepest congratulations, my love (<- He only says this if Nathan's is not around), and may you two grow to be splendid partners!"

He had a wide smile on his face by the end of his small speech, clearly ethusied by not only having the rare privilege of meeting with a Alolan Species himself, but the fact that Shiva was fortunate enough to obtain one for herself. Their shared mystical nature would naturally bring them that much closer together at Extreme Speed, and its evolution will certainly fit his fae francy's affinity with the type! Hmm.....perhaps he would have to work towards getting an Ice Stone for her someday once the snowy vulpine matures/learns its moves, but for now he's just happy they are here with the group as they!

On a whim, he decided to reach into his satchel, fingers brushing against his Reshirim plushie bringing a smaller but not less content smile on his face, and pulled out his carton of blueberry, took a small handful of them, and offered them to the Alola Vulpix. Maybe they'd like a nice sweet and blue treat, kinda sorta like what they are at heart?

I'll simply assume that Vulpix gladly eats the blueberries this young man offers to her out of his cupped hand, mostly because it's stated that she eats a lot and she may cotton on that this person is a good person from the way Master reacted to him.

Shiva couldn't help but to be amused by the gaze of wonder, amazement and suprise Ventus gave her - it was pretty much the same way as she herself reacted when offered this fox by Melia, yet with an honest delight mixed in upon the anticipitation that this fox will be hers!

Once she ate every last berry and even faintly licked over Ven's hand in thankfulness, she let out a delighted yip over the attention she received, even wagging her many tails over the foreshadowing of 'recording some information about her', whatever that may mean she doesn't know. But it sounds like fun!

From Shiva, Vulpix received a dear stroke over her icy headfluff, before she got up again and made attempts to move on in direction of the Shack, speaking as they go. "I highly doubt the Ace Trainer I traded with caught this Vulpix here in Chreshire, Ven. That'd amaze me, much! Sure you can study her once if ya like, I'd be happy to get to know what you've found out then. But...haha, thank you for the congrats!" She dearly and shyly links arms with Ventus for the rest of the way, mostly because he called her....'love'. Awww! She has to get used to that at first, but she nevertheless appreciates it. Rather quickly, somethingesle came to her mind, something she didn't spoke out though. He said he wanted to talk tonight, and she doesn't know about that, but she got the clear impression that something's troubling him. H-hopefully they can clear things up then...
