Also people, I was taking a look in the description of Iron First in pokerole. "Add 1 Dice of Damage to the damage pool".
Lets see...Rose is a Fire-type and can learn Fire Punch. Its have a base Power as +3 and along with the STAB (1) it would 4d6. With Iron First it go foward for 5d6. But with Heart normal strengh (3) that grow for....8d6. Almost stronger as a Flare Blitz. No wonder the Infernape species dont have such Ability in the Pokerole dex from what I have see.
