He thinks its both fascinating and informative, but he also wished that you gathered more data on their behavior/differences in behavior and tried to capture them for study. Well there was some complicated situations about that. Heart indeed try to capture the Delta Metagross, but he was too much powerfull and was able to knock out two of pokemons. And of course there was the danger be killed by the Pseudo Legendary. About Delta Snorlax and Delta Bulbasaur it was because he didnt feel it would be right to capture them because of they are "protectors" of their forest. And Delta Ralts/Delta Gallade the same reason.
