No offence Ralts, be able to teleport from place to place is awesome too, but require too much energy, and a pokemon who use that feel tired after teleportation depending of distance and how much times it is used as long the level of mastering. Also it cant change the feeling of flying around the skies in the back of a giant stone serpent. This would be enough to turn some heads on!"

Ralts responds by Teleporting him and Nathan behind Heart.  Teleorting isn't awesome, it's AWESOME!!!  Not to mention super duper useful in a pinch.

"Answer to that question is probably gonna be 'no'.  As I just said, League doesn't know where any copies of the Fly HM are.  Only other ways to learn the move are by raising veeerrry specific pokemon that can learn the weaker version of the move without difficulty...or through more...convoluted means, like inheriting the move through breeding.  In other words, there's no easy way to learn most HM moves.  Dive and Whirlpool are probably the only exceptions, but learning them naturally doesn't grant the power of a true HM.  Sorry Heart, but you're probably going to be stuck with Teleporting for a looonnnnggg time.  Not many trainers are willing to part with pokemon that know Fly of any variety, so trading for them is difficult, if not almost impossible."

Nathan and Ralts facepalm simultaneously at the next question.  "...Creshire invented the League system...of course we have an Elite Four and a Champion...I'd rather not repeat myself later on this topic, though.  Get Shiva and Ventus to listen to what I know of that as well, then we'll talk."
