Windy, I guess we could argue massively whether the oversized Leader-Furret's favour and liking was worth taking on Druddigon alone, mostly because Shiva usually aims to befriend Pokemon she'd like to keep while Ventus usually battles and catches Pokemon the traditional way, and because I silently longed to see her acting heroic for her own sake - but I'd rather not start. Know that she knew that she was entering dangerous terrain when going to take care of that predator alone, but that one time she wanted to be brave and proof herself, luckily it was a Dragon Type + 2 Grass Types to face that she had advantage over with her own Pokemon. I hope you understand in- and outta-chara why I responded the way to Ven's plea the way I did, and I'll continue taking good care good my chara and her safety if you do the same with Ven.

I'm glad that in the end the conversation worked out relatively fine = without disaster, self-disgust and begrudging, and look forward to see more chara-development from Ventus' side to become (quoting his words) 'be the man that is worthy of her care, her kindness, her generosity, and her love......'. ^^ Yet I don't quite know what would make him feel worthy, as she likes him anyway unless he'd deliberately harm her or her Pokemon.

Our very own Polaris wrote a fanfic which explains. The Pokemon goes into a special Pokeball, which contains a virtual environment just like other Pokeballs. Then a sort of holographic tutorial appears, and the Pokemon participates in the tutorial until the move is learned.
