He was thinking about switch Caesar, but he was thinking in one thing: Spind might have a move in her sleeve to make Spinda attack first against Caesar like a priority move. Heart need to make sure what move that pokemon have since he just see Psybeam. And because he need to at least make that Spinda receive any good damage. "Caesar! Poison Sting! Exceed that pain little buddy!"
