Just a couple things I did is stand directly in front of the postman and then save so I can just spam spacebar through his chat to get the mystery gift (interesting enough if you spam spacebar fast you can talk to him when he is already faded away). Then pull up the menu and check the little sprites at the bottom the shiny one is an obvious dark chocolate bunny with a white egg. Hershey gives you his best wishes as well.

*fondly pets your shiny bunny* Yes, that's exactly what I did as well, it's always somewhat hilarious how the postman fades away in thin air. ^^
