There's another Silver Lining to this: Funnily enough, Weavile has 5 Insight now. Now Weavile can sense emotions like a Blissey too if we're going by the Core Book's descriptions!  Lol.

That reminds me, actually...Angelica's Blissey has 5 Insight too thanks to her own +2 Insight surprise, doesn't she?  I wonder how effective her empathy has become after evolving since a Blissey doesn't need 5 Insight to be empathetic in the first place...

It also means he even more aware of what lays beyond the forth wall, and the mechanics/forces that work to shape and operate the universe around him. Nothing will come amiss from that, eh?

Blissey has basically become Super Empathetic, to an extent the she even beats out Reiner. She can automatically detect, read, and understand any and all the emotions of living beings around her if she so chooses, and its basically impossible to lie/hide stuff from her, since she'll know immediately if you try. It also has pronounced affects on her natural soothing/caring aura , with people/Pokémon inclined to trust/accept her/her trainer right off the getgo, and further still. Good thing she's on your side, or she'd be a nightmare to do social with!
