Blissey has basically become Super Empathetic, to an extent the she even beats out Reiner. She can automatically detect, read, and understand any and all the emotions of living beings around her if she so chooses, and its basically impossible to lie/hide stuff from her, since she'll know immediately if you try. It also has pronounced affects on her natural soothing/caring aura , with people/Pokémon inclined to trust/accept her/her trainer right off the getgo, and further still. Good thing she's on your side, or she'd be a nightmare to do social with!

She'd probably know immediately that Reiner's Confused, too.  Good thing she has Heal Bell!  

...though that depends on her being in the general vicinity, of course.
