Kyubi almost immediately react to your outcry, her eyes widening as she ceased brushing your and craned her own head down to stare straight at you, relief and worry clearly evident on her furry expression.

Oh yes, she's is her fox form btw.

"Master? Oh Master, you're awake! You're not acting strange and funny anymore! You're going to be alright! Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine!!!"

The kitsune then proceeds wrap both her arms around you and squeeze you tightly in an almost (but not quite) bonebreaking hug, near frantically happy that you were in good health once more.

While she didn't answer your question directly, what she implied managed to jog your memory and realize their was something more to your muzzled, buoyant headedness beside just waking up from 'passing out'. You could now remember clearly that you came to your shared room with Kyubi to check up on her/comfort her after Mr. Mime informed you the examinations.....did not meet expectations. Nothing more beyond that.

Before you could dwell on these revelations any further, the next thing you know you are returning the fiery vixen's hug with just as much ethusiam, much to her delight!

What just happened?

Reiner blinks a few times.  Goes cross eyed for a moment.  Tries to form a response in between breaths since the hug is so tight.

"...acting...strange and...funny?  Urgh...Kyubi, what...happened after I...entered the room?"

*sniff sniff*

"...is that...smoke? Is...something on fire?"

Reiner's aaaallll too familiar with that smell, unfortunately. As are Kingdra and Weavile, for that matter.
