Furret takes you to a big culvert in a dried up creek. There are a few offerings of dried berries, which she eats while she waits for you to get comfortable.

Definitely pretty private.

"So...if you haven't guessed by now...this is partially about your Carvanha egg.  It's supposed to hatch tomorrow, and I do want to help you with it..."

"...but I need to head back into Mt. Sentry with the others tomorrow.  It's...going to be dangerous because we're going deeper this time...we don't know what we're going to find down there...we might find a lost library deep underneath the mountain with who knows what ancient knowledge in it...but we could just as easily run into a rampaging Onix or Scimitars bent on beating us to the punch and into the ground..."

"...there are two options I see.  One: I could...delay the egg's hatching for a little bit.  Put it in my PC boxes.  It won't hatch if it's in there.  But unless I put you in a pokeball, you wouldn't be able to follow it...alternatively...you could continue to stick around and follow me while I hold on to the egg.  You might be able to help us with navigating the lower levels, and you could help with protecting us, too...though I wouldn't ask you to get in harms way if you're not okay with that...we'd also have to take care of the newborn down there...which is probably going to be tricky..."

"...I don't know...would you rather leave the egg here where it's definitely safe, Furret?  Or should I bring it with me while you follow, and we try to take care of the newborn down there despite the difficulty and danger?  And...I guess I'm also asking if you want to come along with us as well regardless of whether I bring the egg...what do you want to do?"
