Is Nathan frustrated like this just because Heart refuse to accommodate Grid in his party? Or just because Heart don't follow Nathan orders? Because if it is he acting childish.

No, not just because of that.  That's only a small reason, too.  There's a lot of reasons he (and I to an extent) is frustrated.

Nathan wasn't ordering anyone around, either.  They were just his recommendations.  Rather strong ones because that's what he and I felt might be most optimal, but recommendations nonetheless.  No, he didn't say 'please', but he was still asking instead of demanding.
