The Crustle lumbers into view, its square shell taking up 95% of the tunnel, with only tiny glimpses of light beyond the cube. You can see multiple layers of Mt. Sentry in there - magnetic ore, fossil limestone, the shifting clay of so many tunnels, even a little fertile topsoil.

Heart become very careful about that Crustle and quick give some important order to Gustav. "Gustav my friend, be careful. Even with the typing advantage as Water/Ground (thanks to Earthpower) we need to be very much careful. That Crustle look very much strong, so lets finish him with our mostly powerfull moves. Use Water Pulse 4 times. Lets see how much that Custle can handle a empower STAB and Super Effective moves against him! Go get him Gustav!" Gustav prepare the cannon, more than ready to fire the torrent of Water cannoballs! "And if you got too much hurt (around 3 HP or less) I shall use a Potion! And after the potion use Aura Sphere instead of the fourth Water Pulse! (That would be count as fourth attack)"

Crustle brings its claw out from its shell, revealing a thickly packed ball of mud. It fires this at the Clawitzer with all the force of a cannon! This battle is bringing out the heavy artillery!

(6)(4)(5)(5)(4)(4)(3)(6) Clawitzer takes 7 dmg and faints! Crustle cracked him like a boiled lobster, and immediately started making another clay ball.

What a damage roll, wow.

Note that Crustle was holding back the lethal damage, however - otherwise you would have a dead Pokemon on your hands!

After KOing your Pokemon, Crustle waves his claws, trying to intimidate Heart into backing off - yet Heart already knows there is not very far to go.



Don't forget to keep track of your hit points (we're far from a Pokemon Center!) and your Potionized Pokemon (Only the first Potion per day is fully effective! Then half HP after that.)

Heart when he see the Rock Wrecker hitting Gustav with full force, Heart could only see the time stop for some seconds. Next thing he see, Gustav was in his feet, barely able to move. That Cluster is too much strong. Damn, Heart should bring at least the others to help him out in this battle. "Gustav!" Heart run in Gustav direction and take the bigger cannon cluster to see if he is okay. Thanks goodness Gustav was alive. Heart quick return Gustav back to the pokeball. He gonna need the help of Nathan to heal his pokemon when this over. Heart return to see the big Cluster and say again. "You strong, too much strong. Yet you spared my pokemon. Thank you." He bow in respect to the might Cluster. "Unfortanely I cant go back might pokemon. My friends and I need to go foward in that path. We have a mission to acomplish. Also, if I return now I would ashamed myself. Gym battles is one thing. But important battle like that one...I need to go foward."

Then Heart bow again. "So I beg you powerfull pokemon. Let us continue our battle. I will restrain my Lethal Moves and you yours." Heart then take another pokeball. He make pray. "Rose, I think I will need your help more sooner then I though. Lend me your strengh and light the dark path of defeat with your crimson light of will! Go the Monkey Queen, Rose!" Then Heart throw his pokeball and releasing Rose! When she was out of the pokeball he feel the strengh of the enemy and a show of resolution and strengh between trainer and pokemon she release a big wave of hot crimson fire bringing light to this darkest cave! The cave became more and more brigh with the crimson light, almost like a sun was born inside this place full of darkness. She never run against a challenge! Not before and not now! She will show her resolution and power, in the name of his trainer! (Any reaction of Cluster about this scene @Iron? And is the others capable of see such light show after Rose and Heart resolution? Perhaps a roll of Survival+Knowledge+Intimidate to see if the Cluster is scare after such resolute?) "We are ready! Cluster!"
