Wait, hang on!  @Iron, @Spiritmon, you forgot Mega Launcher gives Water Pulse (and other Pulse/Aura moves) +2 damage/healing dice,.  Need to roll another 2 damage dice for that Water Pulse since it should have been 8 D6 before defense was applied.  Rock Wrecker will still hit and KO for sure, but every little bit of damage helps, right?

I added Mega Launcher. Crustle has 5 Base HP and 7 vitality.
