Try cross-breed/chain-breed instead of using Duplicats, good breeders hardly ever use Duplicats when we're not breeding genderless pokemons. If you want to hunt Duplicats more easily, use the pokeradar and chain Duplicats.
Well I read the guide and in the guide, say about Duplicats, and the way they can tranfer Ivs. I know its dificult to breed with gerderless pokemon, but It just to have a way to breed later.
*facepalming intensify* Read it ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!! Youko talked about chain breeding and cautioned AGAINST hunting Duplicats until you've read the guide all the way through...
