At one point, Heart hears a clattering overhead, from above the stone ceiling. Further investigation turns nothing up.
A kilometer further down the tunnel, there is a crack in the roof. Directly below the crack is a puddle of light green goo. Three Grimer have appeared and are poking the goo curiously. Doesn't look like they've been here long.
If you want to investigate, someone will have to Encounter the Grimer. However, they are focused on the goo enough that you can skirt right around them if you wish.
