Haunter swaps Held Items for one of the vials and, speedily, phases up into the ceiling. He comes back on the Tailwind and hands over a half-vial of the goo, apparently all he was able to acquire.

Now we're getting somewhere. And the Grimer are still doing their own thing and ignoring them, too.  Just to make sure, though...

"Did you see anything potentially hostile up there, Haunter?  Or was it just a little bit of goo?"
