Flashback! 

Heart nod his head in embarrased after the overeaction and all Ventus say. "Sorry Ventus. I promise to avoid overeaction next time. Sorry." With the asking of Ventus about offer food for Durant, Heart search his bag for something sweet for Durant. "Hmm lets see here...Rich peanut butter, sweet jam of fruits, energy drinks (may need them after training sessions), powers bars, dark fancy chocolate. Yeah, I have a couple of sweet food Durant might be interest so feel free my friend.")

Nathan looks at the HUGE Durant for a little bit.  He's picked Ralts up to help keep his best friend calm.

"...if it'll be joining us, then yes, I'll share some of the honey with it.  Only some, though.  Having a burrower on hand would definitely be good, particularly since we wouldn't have to rely on Ditto trying to Transform into Delta Onix from memory.  Ralts will feel a lot better too if it's clearly friendly.  Valder has that open spot in his party still, so it would be easy to keep the ant pokemon around if he's fine with holding on to it or another pokemon.  Maybe we should wait until we're in a safer spot before we bust out the snacks, though..."

Nathan looks around...

"...you guys apparently dealt with a lot of wild pokemon while I was doing that digging...I wouldn't want more to stumble upon us unexpectedly while we're trying to rest..."  (Nathan's forgotten that he has to return the pickaxe for now, but he'll do it later if Ventus doesn't remind him now)

Nathan looks up at the crack in the ceiling.  Looks at the grimer.  Back at the crack.

"...if there's some goo above the ceiling, maybe it'd be better to have Haunter grab some from up there without attracting the Grimers' attention...or we could try sending a bunch of Steel and Poison types to get the Grimer out of the way, too...but we've been walking for awhile, and there's three Grimer, so they'd have to be careful...I'm personally inclined to think that trying to get some of the goo without drawing the attention of the Sludge Pokemon is going to be safer...Ralts couldn't sense any pokemon above the ceiling, so it should be relatively safe for Haunter to take a peek..."

*Flashback*
"*Gives Heart a grateful smile* My thanks for your aid, Heart. Hmm.....I believe the sweet fruit jam might best appeal to Durant, so how about we share some of that with them?"

"*Nods his head* Yes, I planned on either giving them to Valder to hold, or send Raphael back to the PC in their place if they are unwilling to accomodate, as while the utility my child provides is great, so is the danger they are in if they run afowl of a particularly strong Rock or Steel type like Durant. That, and having at reliable burrower would be ideal, as we both can atest. *Thinks over their recommendation, before nodding their head* Yes, I agree. Let's find safe camping ground before we proceed to enticing Durant to join us, as the last thing we need is other wild Pokémon swooping in to molest us for our supplies....."

"*Blinks at the mention of their dig, as they suddenly remember it now with an excited smile on their face* Ah yes, your own excavation of that Wall! Tell me, did you uncover anything interesting, Nathan? (...) Not to be a bother, but would you mind returning the Pickaxe to me, now that you are done with it? "

*Flashforward*

"*Mulls over Nathan's own suggestions for a moment, before smiling* Good thinking, Nathan! *turns to the Ghost* Haunter, if its possible would you instead try to discretely fill those two potion bottles of goo from the ceiling? If you are caught, then proceed with the original plan of knocking the Grimer out, and I'll send Apsis to prevent you from being overwhelmed (Recalling Raphael in the process, if they aren't PCed by this point). Is that acceptable?"
