[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins

Rose: Offencive power, agility and ability to quick climb places.
Calam: Capable to predict possible dangers and hight insticts.
Tropius: Flying to look possible enemies and good grass typing to beat Rock and Ground dangers.
Lucifer: Bats have a good radar using sound in dark places so I believe Lucifer have something similar.

Thats my choices of protection.

- If we're in a confined space instead of an open one, Tropius won't exactly be able to fly, unfortunately. :/  Tropius also aren't particularly well suited for living in caves, so the biggest advantages it would have are its bulk and its typing.  Still good advantages to have if it's not wounded, though.

- We also have to keep in mind that if we do set up a watch, those doing so need to take turns so everyone can get enough sleep (a full 8 hours) and recover.  And whoever's keeping watch will probably be primarily relying on the pokemon in their own party if they need to fight something, since the others will be resting.

- We don't have to set up a watch for the night, but I think it might be a good idea in the long run.  The tent's built-in repellent might not work on stronger wild pokemon.  Nathan's pretty good at early alerts since he has Calam and Ralts to help out, and his large dice pools mean he can take an additional -1 or -2 accuracy penalty without being too heavily crippled combat wise/mechanically (his main attacks currently have 11 D6 base for accuracy).

- And the other thing to remember is the natural healing.  1 HP every 8 hours (roughly 3 encounters, though the encounters don't include the misc everyday stuff automatically done at other times), and 3 HP for overnight in the tent (assuming they get the full 8 hour rest).  Fainted pokemon regain 1 HP (instead of 3) and wake up after 8 hours.
