(...) but its rather clear that they'll still go BOOM on you and potentially cave in/destroy the area you two are in, which at the very least would separate the group and force Ven and Valder to try and dig their way through the wreckage.

That's why I've been trying to make heard the whole time, as a cave-in is my biggest fear in this Encounter, in- and outta-chara, and I'd rather have Shiva fall back into her cowardly self and flee, avoiding any negative aftermaths as a whole. A Carbink and a quicker progress on the quest is it not worth for me personally to take the current risk!

Also, @Iron, the moment a battle starts, Furret will be recalled into his Ball, now I understand why you haven't rolled out that Defense Curl yet. Assume that he curls around Shiva to comfort her without using Defense Curl then!~
