Heart decided to return to the camp. He is not fully complete well after...the breakdown, but its better to be in a hostile place and let the others be alone and worry.
Mechanic: You can begin the next of encounters and Heart can delay a bit the breakdown. No need to delay the encounters but Heart will stay in the camp to recover.
