Well, that's something Ralts can DEFINITELY feel, I imagine.

A faint scream followed by the barest hint of incredible pain...and then...sadness...overwhelming sadness...and...helplessness.  That last one is an emotion Ralts is VERY familiar with.  Even if it's only faint traces of it hidden in a well of empty emotion, he could pick up the beginnings of those emotions really easily since he's so familiar with them.  He keeps tugging at Nathan's pants leg to try and get him to go investigate what it is.

When everyone regroups and Heart shows up...Ralts just kinda stares at him for a moment.  Before he looks at Ventus, then Nathan...flaps his arms as if they were wings, then tugs on Nathan's pants leg a little more to try and indicate he should move.

While the exact meaning of this is probably a little vague to most everyone, Nathan just kinda...gets it.

"...Heart, could I ask that we have a little chat away from everyone else for a moment, please?  Ventus, if Raphael could accompany us as well, that'd be wonderful."

If we have to flashback to this, that should be fine

As an empath, Ventus too could feel the almost soul crushing despair fueld trauma that briefly consumed Heart, causing him to stop his anxious figiting and snap his head towards the direction those feelings were coming from with a badly startled and somewhat shaken expression on his face. 'What in Reshirim name happened, and to what......?' the researcher thought with trepidation, almost going off to investigate what felt like a massive emotional breakdown being experience by something......

....Until such action was rendered unnecessary, as the source of those grave and terrible feelings began to make their way towards the group, causing his breath to hitch in surprise and even greater discomfort as it was revealed that it was Heart that was (now or then) suffering so greviously. If it was not for Ralts subsequent intervention/request (Which due to being highly familiar with them/Pokémon in general, being an empath himself, and having 5 Insight he perfectly understood them) and Nathan stepping forward to handle what felt to be a HIGHLY touchy issue, he'd have immediately intervened himself to render aid and figure out what in his god's name caused them to experience such trauma.

An look of discomfort and anxiety took over as he briefly mulled the entire situation over.......before letting out a worried sigh and nodding his head, turning towards his cherished cherub and motioning for them to follow after the boy.

"*Sighs* ......Very well, Nathan. My child, please accompany him to render your assistance and becalming aura, and whatever else you see fit to help remedy Heart's......problem."

Given that he had his own set of.....burning issues (Read: His WRATH towards the Scimitars) handle/carefully manage and a gut feeling his presence would do less good than not, he decided to leave things in the hands of them and Raphael, and pray all turns out well....

Raphael almost exactly mirrored their master's reaction towards this traumatic episode that the rare collector was/did briefly experienced, but when he was called upon to help with this they shook their head to clear it, screw up their face into a confidant expression, before resolutely hovering over to Nathan's side and letting out a determined *Chirp*! Spreading joy and helping others was second nature to them, so they were not only more than willing to help, but quite eager to get started too!

(Fine with this being carried out in a Flashback! too, so that's my vote for this!)
