I'll say it right now so that THEY don't take this as an opportunity to return and give us all a jolly good time: Whatever interaction you attempt between Arial and the Merchant will end in failure at best, and your character in a Fate Worse Than Death situation at worst. You've pissed off them enough were they don't want to deal with you willingly EVER, and your reputation as a maverick madman is likely to scare off or dissuade other black market merchants or associates of The Merchant's from doing business with you. If you really need an Item from the Merchant, have Reiner be the intermediary, but otherwise learn to do without all those highly dangerous and illegal goodies they have and continuing shopping at the Dpt. Store.

Better die without a regret than live with one. I sorry to be so adamant with that Windos, but I will not give up in trying at least. Also, I can't count with Reiner. He is already angry with Arial for disobey his orders, so the chance to him to help is very low. Gonna try on a way or another. Call that for me taking responsability for my previous mistakes.
