[Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel
Asura give his master a vaguely surprised look at your approval of his shameful yet wise decision, and the praise you gave him certainly took a bit of the sting out of his forfeit. Still, he was still in a grumpy, taciturn mood, and wanted to maintain what little dignity he had left at this point, so he just schooled his expression and gave you a regal nod of thanks.

Reiner's praise earned them an even more startled look from the monkey monarch, and could help but raise both eyebrows at the heaviness of your tone/body posture as you talked about Clair. As a king to his people, he had an especially keen ability to socialize and 'get a read' on people, as what is a king if he does not understand his own subject, but a fool sitting on a throne of his own inadequices? That's why he knew right away that your cousin/half sister was troubling you deeply. To that and your compliments, he responded by clenching a fist and thumping it against his chest as both a symbol of support and a message to be strong of heart, for even the worst disaster can be recovered from in time.....

Shortly after these exchanges, Arial sent a Pokeball rocketing into, and his mean green feline Melchior was summoned seconds later! Arial then raised up the arm that had his Mega Bracelet with remarkable seriousness, and his brother was surround characteristic rainbow prismatic light shell of Mega Evolution, before they let out a mighty *RWWWOOOOOAAAAAAR!*, shattering the orb and revealing a Mega Metalynx in all its prime! The madman had brought them out as the most suitable opponent to clean up Mega Arbok, as both its typing and ability afforded them maximum survivability against its trechory!

However, the Draconic Trainer wasn't so keen to take a risk and push an advantage he may or may not have with his ace in the hole, so he was swift to recall them to their Pokeball at the same moment you sent out your apex predator. He then turned towards the direction where Felica was currently lingering/sulking (as Weavile was having much more success in rebuffing her affections this time around) and let out a sharp whistle, getting her attention as he shoot her a sharp look before waving her over.

At first she could only give you an aloof, questioning look along with a tilt of her head, as she thought you'd be leaving her to her own device as you clobbered that oaf with the rest of your heavy hitter. That, and she didn't quite savor the idea of battling in anything less than a serious Encounter or one with actual stakes/tangible rewards, as anything less than either was putting herself (in her opinion) in unnecessary harm.

Life on the streets taught her to avoid useless battling, and initially that was what she was planning to do.......until her gazed drifted over to the great big, hulking, well muscled and fortified, beautifully decorated Melchoir that was standing tall and proud on his master's side of the battlefield. All thoughts of protest ceased as she gazed upon one of THE pinnecles of a regal, wild, and handsome feline (With herself and to some extent Weavile being other examples), and she her jaw dropped and heart beat pick up as she stared at them. At that singular moment, one thought spark furiously in her mind, before fizzling out, filling her with a warm, undeniable sense of Purpose. The thought was thus:

She so wanted a piece of that lean, green jungle cat, and she was going to do whatever it took to get her some!

Felicia flicker before she was immediately facing off against Melchoir, fiercely and eagerly leering at them with undisguised desire , looking reading to pounce on them at any time. This quickly unnerved the apex predator as they nearly took a half step away from the old couger, until he stopped himself and roughly shook his head before growling back in defiance at her, to which she responded with a haughty huff and senuous *Puuuurrrr....*

Neither of you where sure how this Round was going to turn out, but one thing was for certain: it was going to be quite interesting.....
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
