The soldiers intermix with the party. Nathan finds himself back-to-back with Captain Bridge. Ventus is beside Private Bridge, and Shiva and Heart flank the third soldier. They draw their swords.

The Sableye are moving in, some crawling on all fours, some clutching and nibbling gems, some leaning forward and twitching erratically.

They are focused on the soldiers, and willing to phase right through you to get at them!

Sableye Groups A, B, C (6)(6)(6)(nice) + 4 Dex + 3 Survival = 13
Calam: (3) + 9 = 12 + Swords Dance
Yule: (4) + 8 = 12 + Growth
Malphena: (4) + 8 = 12 + Nasty Plot
Dizzy: (3) + 7 = 10

Nathan takes a few deep breathes to try and calm down and refocus.  '...it'll be fine...just a friendly ghost standing by your side...no danger there...' He hadn't quite been expecting Bridge to take his words literally...with a clear enemy in front of him, though, he can focus just enough on that to ignore his other current issues.

Though some friendly chatter with the Captain helps to. "...ya know, this reminds me of a vision of the future my Ralts once showed me...one of when he'd evolved...as a Gallade, we were standing back to back, ready to take on anything...this...kinda reminds me of that...kinda funny how things like that work, I suppose..."

Speaking of Valder, by the way..."Valder, I'd highly recommend using Grid (for Electroweb) and/or Mamo (for Powder Snow) for this!" (we autoing Valder for this or waiting for Nylon?  I noticed none of Valder's pokemon were on that initiative list)
