EDIT: I'm leaning into either Held Item or that Bergmite: I'm enjoying the species, but I wouldn't catch it but instead roleplay with it. If anyone would rather take the Encounter to catch it, say so, please. On the other hand, if it's feat. Icy Body Ability and combined with my Snow-Warning-Vulpix, Own Tempo will be useful combined with my Pandir's Teeter Dance... ... ... ... ... ...
