Since Rose took out the Cryogonal pretty much singlehandedly, hanging onto it the entire time and beleaguering it with punches, she has time for a speedy supereffective Mach Punch which will break the ice on Abaddon immediately.

You two need to break that ice who imprison Abbandon. Both of you use Ember and Dragon Rage. A normal flame and a draconic flame might be enough to break that thing. But do not use much power since we dont want to hurt Abbandon okay?" Heart then aproach too the fainted Cryogonal. "I dont have much pokeballs with me. 3 Pokeballs, 4 Great Balls and 3 Steel balls. And Ice-type its not exatcly my favourite type." Then Heart look the boulder. "After you break the ice of Abbadon, you two could use Rock Smash in this boulder? It might be help us to get out of here."
