Heart finally rejoice with everyone. "Heya Ventus. Heya Nathan. I got some problems against a Cryogonal, but I already take care of him. And got the chance to use Rock Smash in a rock wall. Anyway, is everyone okay?"

"Excellent news, Heart, though I'm curious to here what sort of 'problems' you endured while facing off against that Cryogonal. As for my status, I'm cold, tired, and stressed from a long, eventful day, but otherwise I'm in perfect health and order. Hopefully we can all move on to warmer climes and find somewhere comfortable to camp soon...."

Nathan's shivering just a little too much to actually form a response with words right now.

...so he does something that Ventus probably isn't expecting.

He sticks the ice in Swiftfire's open flames for a few seconds, then pulls it back out.  There's not even a hint of it melting.

Then he just starts quietly chuckling...with a few coughs mixed in all the while.  Swiftfire draws a little closer to him, and he gives her an appreciative pat on the back of her neck.

That action caused them to freeze in shock for moment, before it became apparent what the boy was trying to demonstrate with that particular chunk of ice. Or rather......: "A Nevermelt Ice! Kyurem has seen fit to grant you a fraction of its power as you explore this ice caked lake, or so it seems! Though if I recall correctly, you don't have any Pokémon that knows Ice type moves on your person, so what are you.....ah, I see your problem now."

Ventus then bowed their head fell into thoughtful silence for a brief moment, before they perked up and gave the boy a enlightened smile!

"I know how to best handle that chuck of Nevermelt Ice: you could either lend it to Azumarill or Malphena! I'm perfectly willing to make a temporary trade for it with Malphena's Evolite, as that last battle with those.....Sableyes showed that she needs as much offense as she currently has invested in defense. Of course if you prefer to keep it to yourself, I understand and won't raise this topic up again."
