I really only have 2 suggestions left.
Thing 1: Try running the patcher one more time to ensure the patch was applied properly.
Thing 2: Start fresh and install Uranium again, making sure you're running the most updated version of the game. This has solved similar problems in the past and will not affect your save in any way
