I'll wait and endure things then, hoping for opportunities then. Should have known - but if she'd directly tell him that the Hurtloam is directly assoziated with Earthpower, wouldn't he react unfavourably?

Ven probably be terrified to actually have a new mother and father, given what happened to his mummy and daddy, but he'd tried to push pass those reservations and be nice/good to Shiva's parents. He's meet her father before and got along with him, so maybe that could be extended to getting along with them as a father? .....Maybe? *Looks uncertain....*

My character would probably just straight up have given it to you with a look of disgust, as he doesn't want to touch it or his family members unless the need is absolutely dire. The hatred and paranioa of all things vaguely 'magical' is strong within my character, yes, even if its to his own detriment!
