Not counting the Tochu Root or Sweet Root (Both of which are useless in treating LD at the moment), Ven has 1 Sitrus Berry, 3 Potions, and 1 Super Potion left in terms of LD healing supplies. If my character has the supplies on him (not sure if he would, Iron, but he HAS mad medicine before, so it could be argued he has all the supplies for general medicine making....), he could convert the Tochu Roots into Potions, but that would take a lot of time we don't really have right now to convert them to a usable form.

*Devious Glint appears in their eyes at the Dex entry* Oh yes, both of them will get along smashingly together, hehehe! Let their light shine so very, very bright, while Malphena hides in its shadows and terrifies all with it!

In the games, it only ignores Abilities, but in this TRPG, if anything would force a move to fail, Mold Breaker ignores it.
Opponent used Mist? That's fine, you can use Growl anyways. Opponent is a Flying type and/or has Levitate? You can hit them with a Ground move regardless. (Funnily enough, this means you can hit Rotom Fan with Ground moves without having to ground it like you have to in the games)
Of course, not sure if that means it will still ignore things like Sturdy's 'Focus Sash' effect and Multiscale like it does in the games (it ignores those because the abilities affect the moves' damage potential, not causes the move to fail...though it also ignores Sturdy because the Ability causes OHKO moves to fail, so...). So here's another question: Are we going to follow the list on Bulbapedia for the Abilities Mold Breaker ignores, @Iron, or keep a simplified (yet still slightly stronger imo, but only slightly) version that only focuses on nullifying move failures?
I'll stick with the Pokerole interpretation. Mold Breaker won't apply to lack of dice or lack of successes, of course, but your Mist example wouldn't prevent Growl.
It specifically mentions that Mold Breaker overcomes type immunities, so aye, Dragon could hit Fairy and Ground could hit Electric.
Gat damn, that's a lovely upgrade to the move, as it means that Koa can uses his STAB to fight those pesky Fairies! I do have to wonder if overcoming their immunity would make Dragon moves Neutral in regards to damage, or just ineffective (Like the case were Lucifer intercepted a Mud Slap for Apsis one time) , though...

In that case, maybe Shiva can negotiate something with a Bug Catcher she'll search for in order to trade Smore and Harylect to... Maybe, I'm in no hurry. I also missed to ask, but standard 3 Base HP for the pre-evos and 4 for Harylect, correct?
If anyonelse of the party would like to have either a Smore or a Harylect, a deal can be made of course, but if none speaks up I'll assume none's interested.
I have no interest in any of those bugs myself, so they can be put up as trade fodder for better stuff in the future!
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
