If you can pay Shiva 2000$ for it, that's possible. But.... ONE of the two bugs up to trade, either Smore or Harylect, I'd like to trade to a Bug Catcher NPC for cash and a demonstration of Silver Wind, so in the end either you or Nathan have to back out. Female Tricwe stays with Shiva, she's finding it rather cute despite it's a bug, it's female for a would-be Seikamater, and Tail Glow combined with Swam Ability is scary. It'll protect her from malicious Psychic Types!
Well, I will have to teleport to Star City to earn some money. It would take at least one or two days to say at least depending about how much time I would take to back up all the money needed since I will need to buy a few things since I cant be without healing items and pokeballs.
