".......I understand why you wish to cover for my brother, but even with the assitence he provided towards you it doesn't override the fact he still charged off ahead without first informing me of his decision, nor the fact he should know better by now not to act so heedlessly. Therefore, I have no choice but to punish him for his actions, as if I do not enforce discipline and make known my expectations for his behavior, he will continue to act in ways that are contrary to what I wish for him and possibly put himself in jeapordy in the process. I care deeply for my brother, Heart, and I don't want anything to him if I can't possibly prevent it, so when he went flying off after you.....I was scared of what might have happened. I'm happy he was able to help you out in a pinch with those Whirlipedes, but if something bad happened to him while he was gone......
