Lilith not wanting to take her tinfoil hat off  doesn't mean that....Shiva couldn't forcefully take it off Lilith to unlash her full psychic powerfor an overpowered Telekinesis though. Neither she not Shiva will enjoy that, not at all, but if it'd be...needed? And if Shiva would get a hold on her, pin her to herself like Ventus did earlier when that overwhelming urge to run down the tunnel bewitched her herself, would that work?

Given the fair-trade-idea of mine is no option anymore, I'd be either for someone of us trying to distract Seika by talking while we others/our Pokemon on hand free the captured ones and then we tail off, or blatant starting a battle ourselves to not be suprised by one at the bad moment...
