Hmm.....Gothitelle is most likely the next best choice over Tropius to send out with Azu, if only for Telekinesis and Heal Block (Which would prevent her from using Heal Order if she has it). Of course, it would prevent us from healing our Pokémon too, but in this case that might be a necessary evil if Seika has a large pool of HP that she could replenish at will.......

There is also a chance Seikamater could be immune to such lockdown techniques outright.  Mallorn did comment that Legendaries like Keldeo could just be outright immune to the effects of moves like Mean Look when Shiva asked about that previously.

Though Iron did also comment that Telekinesis would slow Seikamater down...wouldn't outright make her float (cuz she's definitely bigger and heavier than a Snorlax), but still useful.
