Ya know, I just had a thought...what would happen if you combined Thunderstorm with Electric Terrain?  Aside from the 'all electric moves used by grounded pokemon get +2-4 damage dice, Thunder has no accuracy penalty, no grounded pokemon can fall/remain asleep, and non-electric/ground types take extra Electric damage every other round' part.

Yata is going to love the day when Zephy is released and Electric Terrain finally becomes usable in Uranium (without Metronome shenanigans).  Gonna be having a field day with those Thunders.

Electric Terrain + Thunderstorm makes all Electric and Energy based moves Automatically Crit AND Hit, and makes them Lethal to boot , so making them Extra Lethal is always possible, and everything but Electric, Ground, and Grass types would have to make a successful Dexterity + Fight + Alert roll or suffer 1-5 Points of Damage every other Round. Its a insanely powerful, but only Yatagaryu can use this with support, and I will house rule that its unable to learn Electric Terrain to set up this synergy itself so that it remains in check. Also, Thunderstorm cancels out Heavy Rain, so no mix and matching weathers here!
