Yea, I'll have to remember to make that extra step. I had been saving my files in another folder in case the file got corrupted, but I didn't back it up any other way. *doh!*

Even though the forums look the same, it seems the Pokemon Uranium Forum was remade because it made me make a new account. I am the member formerly known as NewNotNewb. Soon after I made this new account, the main computer in my household crashed for some unknown reason. We think it's the hard drive, so my game data was lost.
But hey, that gives me a chance to start anew!
So, here's to being reborn!
Welcome back to Uranium!
Unfortunately yes, though I did design the new forum to look as close to the original as possible I didn't have the resources I needed to import all of the old users, threads and posts and as such, everyone needed to re-register. Sorry about that!
No need to apologize. You've done so much for the Uranium community, and it is much appreciated!

Thank you for the link.

Sorry to hear about your computer crash... I always cringe at stories of hard drive failures because it reminds me of my own perpetual forgetfulness for backing up my own stuff. And that's even after having watched two family computers suffer hard drive crashes, plus had my own laptop locked by a ransomware virus a few years ago (which was scary enough in and of itself). Yeah, I know I'm tempting fate...
Thanks, and yeah, getting a virus on your computer can be scary.

Thanks, and from now on, I will be backing up my files to my email or cloud!
