Briliant. I hit myself all for nothing. Wonderful. Just wonderful. No, really. Just wonderful that Dragonair have such attack as Aqua Jet such as a Egg move. I keep forgeting that. 

"I used to be a adventure like you. But a dragon used a Aqua Jet on me."

You know what? Dont have that trouble Windos. Because I giving up on this battle. Yes. I fortreit. There is no joy in such battle, so I fortreiting. Call me childish, but I not going to continue a battle I dont feel like continue.

I wouldn't say nothing.  Having that +2 Strength amd ignoring all pain is going to be a veeerrry good thing in my opinion.

If you want to fail Reiner's test immediately and throw all that hard work (and probably exp as well) out the window, by all means, forfeit.
