I wouldn't say nothing.  Having that +2 Strength amd ignoring all pain is going to be a veeerrry good thing in my opinion.

If you want to fail Reiner's test immediately and throw all that hard work (and probably exp as well) out the window, by all means, forfeit.

Oh, and its not all Pain, just their master's Pain. Still, having that STR Buff is really nice, and combos well with Tobius's Pain Shot, so it all works out!

Failing the test and the consequences of it are still a big deal, though, but he still gets the XP since 4 and 3/4 Pokémon defeated (Ayame, Felicia, Raijin, Arbok, and mostly Yang) and tried his hardest despite......problems. Still unsure how to handle this completely, though.....
