Also Windos I would like to discuss a idea: Arial still have the pokemon he have smug until now: Pidgeot, Kangaskhan, Gogoat, Smeargle and Excadrill. How much pokedollar these pokemon is value all together (expect Excadrill since I want to maintain)? My layout of idea was this: If Reiner could arrange a meeting with Petrel, since he have many conections with various people, Arial could ask him to find someone to sell those pokemon (aka black market) and get some money to buy the Razor AND have some leftlovers of money to buy some important items. And there is the Mega Pidgonite who might value a lot of money since its a very much rare item. I want to ask that before I present that idea to Reiner.

If I recall correctly you can't see ALL your Pokémon, since you need to fill a certain quota in steals along with protecting Reiner, but the remainder can be sold at your own discresion. Petrel won't help you out, though, since he wants all stolen Pokémon to fall into the hands of Team Rocket and benefit the organization first and foremost, and letting a grunt sell Pokémon off to the side hurts the bottom line; even Reiner isn't exempt from that policy of his, though once he become Executive he'll have more leeway to do as he likes with Pokémon stolen.

You'll get a cut of the profits from you Pokémon thefts as part of your payment of being a Team Rocket grunt (Besides given training in a variety of skills/proffession and a nice place if tough place to live, eat, and sleep), though, and any Items you steal that don't fall within a missions parameters are also yours to do with as you please. Not that these pieces of info are especially important right now, but for the shake of flavor and world building I might as well throw out some justification why a regular joe smo would join a terrorist group, rather than just down on their luck individuals (Reiner), just plain evil people that like to do bad things for the luvs, or simply are insane/desperate enough to think its a good idea (Arial).

But on this case I didnt report about have smug a Gogoat and a Smeargle. There is a way to sell those pokemon without the chance of causing problems on my part? And how much they value in Pokedollars? There is also the The Pigdionite I have rob from that Pidgiot remember? How much is value since its a very much rare item?

Its the principle of the matter for a Grunt to NOT sell their Pokémon, but between Smeargle, Gogoat, and Khanguskhan those should be able to cover your quota, so the rest of your Pokémon you can sell to your heart's content. The Mega Pigeotite is actually more valuable than the Pigeot itself unless a person is willing to also invest in plenty of Risuko and Ranc Berries, since Mega Evolution can't happen without absolute Loyalty and/or Happiness from the Pokémon in question. However, its hard to sell Mega Stone due to how most places don't accept/sell them, the fact that not a lot of people in the Tohjo area/in the world in general know or are even capable of using the Item, and then even THOSE people may not have a use or desire a Mega Stone depending on the Pokémon they have/want. 

So the market is paradoxically highly in demand for them, but its hard as hell to track down a buyer that both knows and is willing to pay for one in the first place. Probably need to sell it/the Pigeot through the Merchant, which will require Reiner since the merchant hates your character. However, Reiner is keenly aware of Rocket Policy with stealing Pokémon, so he may or may not be willing to help you out.

Selling Stolen Pokémon in general will also be difficult to do without Team Rocket, as you either have to sell it on the black market (which Rocket has heavy control of in this section of Tohjo, obviously), set up a non-trading machine trades with someone - since stolen Pokémon are added to the National Registry of Stolen and/or Illegally Obtained Pokémon and you'll get auto flagged and caught out for doing so once reported - or wipe the ID of a Pokémon/Change It/Release and Re-capture the Pokémon in a new Ball/Hacked Pokebal (Which is difficult since a Stolen Pokémon are especially viscous and hard to capture).

Excadrill and Carracosta are exceptions, since Petrel 'disappeared' their former owner before he could file a report, so trading those are legitimately okay (if still risky) via non-sketchy methods! Finding a buyer is another question, though, but out of region Pokémon typically command a high price.
