@SmokedMemes, yep, it seems to be the only way left... If you're worrying about how hard it would be to help them, I can think of 2 ways: 1: redirect them to @ttgjailbreak installer on reddit; and 2: use TeamViewer, which give you control over their laptop for a short period of time so you can see what's on there and do it yourself instead of having to tell them what to do over Skype.
@MonkeyLord83 I was already using the ttgjailbreak installer, and i was thinking the best way to fix this is to have them download uranium from there, then download the patcher.(Even though that version seems to be missing patcher.exe) and as for the team viewer idea... it actually doesn't sound that bad. I'll see what i can do. But thanks!
