Excadrill and Carrascosta I will not sell in any sort way. This ruin the strategy I have in mind *sigh*. Let me question then: From these pokemon I can sell, who I will be able to sell? Since I cant sell Pidgiot with the Mega without have a hard time with Team Rocket since I cant sell pokemon who is in my quota. So you telling me even if I sell this Pidgionite, there is no one who can buy it? And if I sell to the Merchant I will have to sell together with Pidgiot? And if I sell Pidgiot or any other pokemon in quota, I gonna be be a hard time with team rocket?

Technically speaking you could sell them all assuming you took the right measure to ensure you won't be caught or harmed by doing so, but its not necessarily a good idea to do so unless you are connected or very experience in such practices and confident to boot. That, and there's that quota....

Oh no, you can still sell the Pidgot and its Mega Stone, you just have to either have Reiner do it for you via Merchant, try to find someone foolish/unscruplous enough to do a non-machine trade, or release and then catch them before they fight back/fly away. You could sell the Pidgotite to the Merchant for you by itself, but that will drop the value of Pidgot accordingly, so its best to keep them a matched pair. Its just that its frowned upon by Team Rocket, and since Reiner is/was a exemplar member of the organization he might not like the thought of doing such unless you gave him a good enough excuse to justify it.

Between Gogoat, Khang, and Smergle, your quota is filled, so just don't sell those Pokémon and come up with ways to sell the other Pokémon you stole/steal Pokémon in such a way that it won't get flag or reported right then quickly sell them. Hard, but still possible!
