Reiner's turn to look a little confused.  Weavile has some explaining to do.

It takes awhile for the cool cat to fully shake off his forcibly induced drowsiness to give you a proper answer, but when he does his answer was simply makes the gesture of hearing/seeing 'something', then points towards the ceiling which was followed by miming the gesture of dice being rolled, people talking, things being written, before finishing shrugging his shoulders with indifference.

You uncertain of what he's trying to tell you, besides the fact that he's been 'experiencing' things he today that even he doesn't have the foggiest clue about, but just rolls with it instead of worrying. Not much to go on, but its definitely enough to know something weird is going on......
